How do I Apply?

The first step is to register here or contact us for an application form. The more information you provide, the easier it is for us to get a clear picture of your needs and educational goals.

Applicants must submit the following where applicable:

  1. Completed application form
  2. Full application fee receipt
  3. A copy of your senior secondary school certificate or equivalent, accompanied (if not in English) by a certified official english translation
  4. Certified copies of additional offiocial documents (e.g post-school certificate, transcript, professional registration certificates,certifying letters from examining bodies,proof of change of name, e.t.c) where appropriate.
  5. Return the complete application form and send it to the admissions office at:                               BIUST, Private Bag 16, Palapye, Botswana
  6. Alternatively you can complete an application online here and attach all supporting documents.
  7. Once you have submitted your application form, you will be issued with an acknowledgement letter. Please contact undergraduate admissions for any query at the following number 4900117 or

05 December 2012: Enrolment office will be in Lobatse at Lobatse senior secondary for a two hour career fair session.Catch us from 2pm to 4pm.

15th October 2012: BIUST will be hosting Oodima JSS students based in Oodi village for their first campus tour

09 October 2012: Enrolment office will be visiting Mogoditshane Senior Guidance and Counselling Department.

05 October 2012: BIUST founding students attend the Inauguration of His Excellency Former President of Botswana, Mr Festus Mogae as Founding Chancellor

28 September 2012: BIUST will be visiting Maruapula on the 3rd October 2012.

14 September 2012: BIUST sponsors the 15th annual Colleges of Education Debate Championships.
